Onboarding can be completed in as little as two weeks. The timeline may vary depending on the size of your property and whether system integrations are required.
The minimum contract period is 3 months. You may cancel at any time with 1 month's notice.
We can integrate with major PMS systems. Please contact us for details.
We support 5 languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, and Khmer.
We provide emergency support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A dedicated emergency contact line is available and we respond immediately.
We regularly report on the number of inquiries handled, response times, guest satisfaction, and frequently asked questions.
We can handle everything from title and description writing to amenity settings and initial rate calendar setup. We work with you to tailor the content to your target guests.
Yes. Based on your floor plan, we can suggest bed counts, layout, and color coordination. We can also create a purchase list as needed.
Yes, in addition to short-term stays, we support monthly and mid-to-long term rental operations. We will propose pricing and operational plans tailored to the stay length and target guests.
Yes. For unmanned facilities (ryokan license and simple lodging facilities), we provide systems for online check-in, guest communication, and initial emergency response.
Yes, we support revenue management and dynamic pricing design and adjustments based on demand fluctuations and area characteristics.
Yes, we have experience managing detached houses and entire apartment buildings. We design operations, cleaning, and management systems suited to the building type.
Yes. We can propose operational models suited to your usage, including vacation homes, resort properties, and second homes.
We provide support via email, phone, and chat. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
A dedicated representative will respond promptly. In the case of a serious issue, it will be immediately escalated and addressed.
Separate from the management plan, initial fees apply for launch setup and licensing support. Initial fees start from 40,000 JPY (excl. tax), and are quoted based on your current situation. For reference, the zero-launch package starts from 300,000 JPY, and licensing support starts from 200,000 JPY.
We accept bank transfer and credit card payment. Invoices are issued at end of month with payment due the following month.
You may change your plan once per year. Changes take effect from the following month.
Basically, you only pay the monthly fee and cleaning fees. If interior renovations, special photography, or additional system development are required, these will be quoted separately.
